Will I get access to the data of the courses in which I have not yet enrolled?

No, you will not. Students are given access to the data of the courses in which they have enrolled at least once in their course of studies. Students can make access requests for new courses each semester.

What happens if my subscription expired after two years and I forgot to pay?

Once your subscription has expired, your membership will enter into a grace period of 30 days and you will start receiving routine payment reminders. If you did not pay the fees during this grace period, your access will be canceled and you will not be able to access the material any more.

My subscription expired and I could not pay the fees on time, can I renew my subscription now?

Yes, you can. But you will have to pay a $10 fine in this case.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, you can but please note that the membership fee is non-refundable. It is not transferable either due to the modest charges we apply.

Can I stream the data?

Yes, you can.

Can I access the data using any device?

Yes, the CAMBUS service is compatible with almost every modern device which supports the browsers like IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

Can I pay for more than 2 years?

Yes, you can.

Can I pay for less than 2 years?

No, you cannot.
